2022 Suncorp Super Netball fixture announced

The Pies will take part in the 2022 season opener against the Adelaide Thunderbirds in Adelaide, before hosting the GIANTS at John Cain Arena during Round 2.

It is Heritage/Retro Round during Round 3 as the Magpies head to Sydney to play the reigning premiers, NSW Swifts, while Rounds 4 and 5 will see big battles with Sunshine Coast Lightning and GIANTS. Midweek matches return for Round 4 and 10 while the newly coined First Nations Round will play over Rounds 12 and 13.

The Magpies will have a string of four home matches in the second half of the season, including two in Tasmania in Round 9 and Round 10, with additional key matches on the Pies fixture including a Pride Match against the Queensland Firebirds during Round 9, and the final match of the home and away season – a home Queen’s Birthday blockbuster against the Vixens.

Prime time Saturday evening timeslots - 5pm and 7pm - will allow participants in community netball to attend more games while majority of Sunday fixtures will be broadcast live and free.

Magpie fans will be able to watch six matches live and ad-break free on Fox Sports and Kayo, with the remainder of the fixture available to Kayo subscribers. All three Finals weekends will be completely free on Kayo Freebies.
