MATCH ACCESS

All members can access home matches covered by their package with their Mobile Membership.

Court, Gold, and Gold Active members can also use their physical membership cards to access games.

MEMBER BARCODES

For the 2022 SSN Home & Away season, member barcodes are only used by Flexi members who wish to upgrade their General Admission access to a set-seat for a discounted cost.

To do so, follow the steps below:

1. Click here to view your barcode number(s) in your MyMagpies account.
2. Head to Ticketek and select the relevant Collingwood Super Netball SSN game – click here for a shortcut.
3. Enter your barcode number(s) in the field where it says “please enter your password”.
4. On the subsequent screen, select the number of tickets required. Please note that each barcode number will have its own section. You can also purchase guest passes at the standard price during this stage.
5. Follow the prompts to finalise your purchase!

MEMBERSHIP SERVICES

Collingwood membership staff will be stationed in a ticketing window on the west (city) side of John Cain Arena.

Collingwood membership staff can assist you if:

• You require confirmation of a membership barcode number;
• You need accounts linked in MyMagpies;
• You need assistance accessing MyMagpies.

If you have a general membership query, feel free to email us at membership@collingwoodfc.com.au or call us on 1300 MAGPIE (62 47 43) between 10:00am and 4:00pm from Monday to Friday.

These staff are not able to assist with any of the Ticketek queries listed above as they will not have access to the Ticketek system.

TICKETING

Before you head to John Cain Arena, be sure that you can answer the checklist questions below!

• Can you access your ticket(s) via the Ticketek website or mobile app?
• Have you charged your mobile device? (You can always use someone else’s device to log in to Ticketek)
• Have you used the ‘share ticket’ function on Ticketek to send tickets to any members in your group arriving separately so that they can access their ticket on their own mobile device?
• Have you got your face mask to use if needed?
• Do you need to leave early to give yourself adequate time to get to your seat before the first centre pass?
• Are you decked out in your Collingwood gear?

For super-fast ticket access, add your ticket to your mobile wallet (e.g. Apple Wallet) to avoid needing to log in to Ticketek!

COVID SAFETY

In order to facilitate a COVID-safe experience for all attendees, the Club, stadium staff, and the league are employing a number of protocols to ensure compliance with the State Government’s policies.

To assist us in creating a COVID-safe environment, we ask that attendees follow all instruction from signage and stadium and/or Club staff both inside the stadium and on the concourse.
